These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ajnastraders.com (the "Site") and any wholesale services provided by Ajnas Traders LLC ("Ajnas Traders," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes related to your business as an independent retailer, hotel operator, or similar trade buyer. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape content, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.

2. Wholesale only

Ajnas Traders sells exclusively to verified wholesale accounts. A valid state resale certificate is required before your first order ships. We reserve the right to decline accounts at our discretion.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed by written proposal. Payment terms are stated on each proposal; Net-30 may be offered after two paid orders.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We provide a packing photograph with every shipment to help document damages. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Returns & damages

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery upon receipt of photo documentation. We do not accept returns of opened or sold-through stock.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents (including photography, copy, logos, and the Ajnas Traders name) are owned by Ajnas Traders LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Account holders may use product photography to merchandise their own stores.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability or accuracy. Product specifications may vary slightly due to handcrafted production methods.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajnas Traders' total liability arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
